Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: If my name isn't listed, where do I request it?

If your name isn't listed, you can always email us at: namerequest@blendeestuff.com.  Keep in mind that all names are not eligible for picture use, but they are eligible for a MIX graphic (scrambled letters in the blender) with a maximum of 8 letters.  We do update the names daily, however, we get many emails, so requests aren't guaranteed.  We will do our best to accommodate everyone.  Be sure to subscribe to receive the latest updates!

Question 2: What do you consider a bulk order?

If you would like to order 10+ shirts, that would be considered bulk.  These orders have discounts that vary, so it will depend on your order.

Question 3: If I'm not happy with my order, can I return it for a refund?

Unfortunately, there are no returns and no refunds.  We recommend all customers to review their orders, including the size chart if it applies. 

Question 4: Do you do personalization?

We don't at the moment, but we may incorporate personalization at an extra cost.  This would pertain to names on the back, family reunion shirts, couple shirts, etc.  If you have an event coming up and would like to inquire about getting a personalization order done, please email us at: info@blendeestuff.com.

Question 5: What does LT and DK stand for in the descriptions?

LT stands for LIGHT and DK stands for DARK.  We want to accommodate all skin tones with our pictures as much as possible. :-)

Question 6: What does OS, M, AND F stand for in the descriptions?

OT stands for Other Stuff, M stands for MALE, and F stand for FEMALE.  

Question 7: Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! :-)

Question 8: How long will it take for me to receive my order?  

It takes approximately 2 business days to process and depending on if you are in the US or outside of the US, the timing to receive differs.  Here is a guide for your convenience:

Question 9: What payments do you accept?

We accept: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and other forms of payments include SHOP, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY, PAYPAL, & VENMO.
